How can I get rid of a chronic sinus infection? - chronic sinus infection more condition_symptoms

I had a sinus infection 4 times so far in 2006. Of course, I get the medication can not help the doctor. It comes and goes a few weeks later. Suggestions on how I can kill this thing myself?

I do not know where he lives, but we had a dry year and a half in Texas, and causes of death in the sinuses. All the things I saw after the others have good ideas, but one thing I am not saying that if you have an infection, and then touch the tip of saline into the nose, get rid of you 'll never. Just get close and spray and take the lead and not soak in hot water to clean a microwave, and if they come out and match again. What I did was, got a humidifier and run at night when I lie in order to keep the moisture. I bet if you sell a moisture meter and check the house is less than 35 percent to 40 percent and it is difficult Snozzi old. Get allergy relief medication by 24 hours as loratadine (generic works just as good as CVS or other discount store pharmacy.) Is a life saver and you do not forget to take it. Sneezing, runny nose, the watery itchy eyes, sore throat or itchy nose, and more relieved. Saline sprays are good, but always keep the tip clean and not really in the nose. People tend to let go of the nose again just suck waste into the bottle.
Good luck!

first try to take all medications! healed with the exception of the nose before. Doctors when the drug Gonet see whether the actual infection is gone. Must, because if not this way and wait for your return to your symptoms waited too long, and it is unnecessary to buy more drugs, because sometimes something like a good dose of antibiotics requried Thrity good day!

You have to keep them open.
Try flonase or rhinocort. Take advantage of) the pseudoephedrine and bad days used sparingly (. Alavert zyrtec or perhaps help if you have allergies.
If this fails, or you can not live simultaneously with drugs, do not require surgery. There is no easy way past.

PS: You should attend these drugs, such as your daily routine maintenance in order to open up your sinuses. You are infected, and in the vicinity, so that bacteria anearobic grow.

If it's better air flow you need look at a procedure called balloon sinuplasty. Easier to go through than surgery, I hear.
Check it out.
