Diaper Rash With White Bumps Diaper Rash?

Diaper rash? - diaper rash with white bumps

My child has a rash on his back, inner and outer thighs and abdomen. These are small red bumps with white head in the middle of each red bump.There others that is associated with diaper rash normal. I have both the cream and diaper rash to think that this could be a fungal disease, Lotrimin. I took him to the doctor tomorrow. For now someone has an idea what could be the rash? If it was caused by an allergy to detergent, I think it would be all over. Ideas?
