No, I would not be vegan. The only sources are cereals and soy protein (from what I understand), and soybeans have contained a bad (and very controversial) Representatives of estrogen. I personally think it would be best for someone who eats as a vegetarian, but fish and chicken (a few stay no red meat). Eggs (preferably only the whites) are an excellent source of protein and should not be excluded from the diet. The same with chicken and fish (tuna in particular). If you need a vegan, then go ahead, but be sure to have a reliable source of protein. Do not forget your pearls! The best thing for you is always 100% whole grain. Moreover, as brown rice instead of white rice. The dough is too great. How to be put in state allocations for the average person, not as an athlete.
